During the workshop you will learn about
camera programming modes,
learn to use your lens, explore framing &
composition, experience depth of field
& take great photographs!
Master the use of filters & use exposure
techniques to create stunning images.
You will see your photography skills improve
over the course of the day.
This tour/workshop is based in the
historical heart of Edinburgh.
We will explore the city capturing images
of Edinburgh's historical past.
We start at 10.00am & end 3pm (5hrs)
We will meet at the 'News Steps' on
St Giles Street.
The Edinburgh photography tour/workshop is not technically advanced & can be tailored to
beginners, and to those more advanced.
As your city guide I aim to show you some of the
capital's historical landmarks, whilst along the way encouraging you to enjoy your city experience &
improve your photography.
The day will be very informal and enjoyable.
You may bring a packed lunch, or buy sandwiches
as we will stop for a coffee during the day.
The tour/workshop is outdoors, so please
wear appropriate clothing!
You need a camera, fully charged batteries,
memory cards and a tripod is recommended.
Please bring any lens filters if you have them.
